On December 9, 2006 the Theta-Chi Chapter of Kappa Sigma was reborn on the campus of ULM. After a long and hard 14 months, we finally reached our goal of receiving our charter. The 55 members of our chapter are very excited to be on campus again and we are looking forward to future success at the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
